Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we do not accept any returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a clear photo of the product. Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement.

Products once opened or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be processed for customer preferences, change of mind, or dislike of fragrance/texture after purchase.
